This client’s property development project involved building a small home designed to be humble and homely as an investment property.

Keeping in mind a lower cost new home solution this home was built and designed to be fresh, functional, and welcoming using low-cost materials to their full potential. Emma Brown’s project management included finding the property and liaising with the Real Estate Agent, Surveyor, and Architect on behalf of the client.
